Refund Policy

Not delivered = refunded. If a paid reading or answer is not delivered, you get a full refund — no questions asked.

Not happy = tell us within 7 days. If you received your reading but it did not feel worth the price, email us within 7 days of the purchase and we will refund it.

Membership. Cancel any time from your account page; cancellation stops future charges immediately. A charge that went through on the renewal date can be refunded if you contact us within 7 days and have not used that month's readings.

How. Email ht@keys.ae with the email you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
