Privacy Policy

What we collect. Your email address, your date of birth, the quiz answers and questions you type, and basic usage data (pages viewed, the campaign link you arrived from). We do not collect your card details — payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Why. To prepare and deliver your readings, to email you your reading and receipts, to remind you before any membership charge, and to understand which parts of the service people use. We do not sell your data.

Analytics and advertising. We use our own event log and may use Google Analytics / Google Ads conversion tags to measure whether our advertising works. These tags may set cookies; you can block them in your browser.

Retention and deletion. We keep your readings so you can re-read them. Email ht@keys.ae to delete your account and data; we act within 30 days.
